is an expresion to ask someone to move! hahaha basicly. Is like: EXCUSE ME.
When someone is on your way. you can say: con permiso.
and they will move.
If somebody is blocking your way. You say it
You can use it too when you are taking something that belongs to you.
You can't use it to ask for forgiveness. Is not the same. If you are sorry. you say: PERDON
